Rising before Dawn

I love the early morning

Rising just ‘fore dawn

Quiet bar the birds that sing

Still bar the morning’s yawn

Not yet sunrise I visualise

Just what this day will do

But Dawn don’t share my vision…

Cos I woke her up too
